A decade ago, I founded LiveMe, a live streaming app and served as an early board member of musical.ly (the precursor to TikTok). Back then, we enabled people to record their lives and express themselves freely using mobile video. The mobile internet lowered the barrier to creation, unleashing unprecedented creative enthusiasm.
Now, we stand at the forefront of the AI wave. Our team has revitalized the classic app PhotoGrid, using AI to make tasks like photo collaging, beautifying, background removal, and style changes accomplishable with a single click. We've also launched KaCha, which magically generates videos from a single photo. AI is reshaping the way we create.

As I started frequently using various AI models myself, I discovered that even industry professionals can easily get overwhelmed by the complexity of tools and the diversity of models. The creative process itself is a complex, multi-step, multimodal workflow, leaving ordinary users at a loss.
